My name is Denise Wieslhuber and I started tutoring in different subjects at an early age and have experience of over 10 years in teaching my native language, German, as a freelancer in several German language schools and online programs. My love for languages has led me to my studies in communication science and after that to learning Spanish and Portuguese in my current adopted city Lisbon. I have a deep passion to bring cultures and people closer together through learning a new language and to understand cultural idiosyncrasies. Due to my open, friendly manner I quickly get into good and trustful contact with my students and adapt to their individual level, needs and expectations. In addition to profound technical skills and a very good didactic education, I focus on the human interaction and conversation since I firmly believe that a language can best be learned by everyone in a pleasant environment and a safe framework with a lot of fun.
